Custom Jobs
*Before any custom - embroidery - repair or alteration can begin, a 'proof' must be approved and 50% of quote must be paid*
*Complete payment must be received before item is picked up or shipped*
**All items are sold as is and are not subject to cancellation, refund, or exchange**
Custom Job :
Embroidery, monogramming, and heat press/iron on vinyl
Customer can send us the Logo/Design in a jpeg format by uploading it on our Custom Order Form.
Design is digitized and a sample is stitched by us.
The sample image is emailed to the Customer for review, proofing and approval.
If the customer lives close buy , they can always meet with us to review the sample in person.
Once the design is approved by customer , we move forward with the order.
Sewing/Alterations:
We can provide a quote if possible before seeing the item, which can change based on the amount of work involved.
If the quote is acceptable to the customer, we meet in person.
During the meeting, we go over everything that the customer needs :
For example : Hems are verified by the customer putting the garment on so we are able to do a physical pinning to their satisfaction, verify if zippers are to be reinstalled, etc.
We then have a detailed discussion with the customer to understand their requirements.
After the work is completed by us, we meet the customer again.
We have them try the item back on to make sure it is up to their satisfaction.
If for some reason the customer needs a few more changes, we do our best to accommodate their request (within reason) to ensure we have happy and satisfied customers !
